As a Technical Advisor, you will provide technical support for the products and processes of our customers to ensure product quality, improve productivity, usage, and enhance market positioning following business policies and strategies.

You will report to the Comercial Manager, CEO refinish.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop customer visits for technical advice and brand positioning.
  • You will provide regular training to enhance customer knowledge and survey customer plants for product specifications.
  • You will support new plant projects for processes and product quality and identify customer product requirements for the technical department.
  • You will evaluate new products and process technical properties.
  • You will gather market intelligence and identify growth opportunities.
  • You will analyze quality complaints for compliance.
  • You will date the CRM system and create visit reports.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in production process.
  • Professional or Technologist in administrative or processrelated fields.
  • You will have benefits: Health insurance and life insurance.
