Es una oportunidad para diseñar, implementar y administrar los procesos integrales (front, Middle y back office) de proyectos de core banking para tesorería, pagos o cumplimiento normativo, lo anterior, en conjunto con áreas internas y proveedores.
Sobre esta oportunidad y lo que pondrás en práctica:
- Implementación del proceso de core banking sobre 3 capas operativas etc.
- Gestión de ciclo de vida del proyecto bajo estandarés del PMI para identificación de riesgos y buenas prácticas
- Administración de entregables con cliente y gestión de reportes.
¿Qué requieres saber?
-
5 años de experiência mínima como: Analista funcional, Analista de negocios, BA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Owner, SME, Subject Matter Expert, líder de proyecto, coordinador de proyecto, Project manager, service manager, delivery manager, it Consultant
- Inglés técnico (deseable)
- Experiência en sector financiero, por lo menos 5 años con manejo de proyectos o en la operación que incluyan equipos de Front, Middle y Back Office de Tesorería, Acciones, inversiones, Pagos y Cumplimiento del sector financiero.
- Adecuado levantamiento de requerimientos funcionales, no funcionales y muy deseables técnicos, gestión de historias de usuario o user stories para estimación
- Experiência con algún core bancario como Oracle Flexcube, Mambu, Temenos, Finastra, Ncino, etc.
- Estimar % de utilización de recursos, definir métricas de medición del proyecto y KPIS financieros del mismo y creación del presupuesto.
- Conocimiento de prácticas tipo PMI, ITIL, CMMI o COBIT, IBA o SOX
- Experiência en proyectos de complejidad media y alta. Manejo de equipos de trabajo (5 a 12 personas) contención y atención a incidencias con cliente, en ciclos de entrega superiores a 12 semanas. Capacidad de entrega simultánea de proyectos (2 a 3 proyectos)
- Experiência en Revisión de estimación de actividades, planeación de recursos, seguimiento a requerimientos y planes de trabajo, hitos y ruta crítica, pruebas internas y Checklist de entrega, manuales y documentación de salida de procesos, coordinación de actividades (incluso en campo, comunicación interna y externa de estado de proyectos.
- Administración de Riesgos bajo metodología PMI o en su defecto Octave, magerit, etc.
- Asignar recursos y tareas, administrar el aseguramiento de calidad, resolver problemas, revisar y presentar status y reportes, desarrollar estándares y controles de cambio.
Muy deseable no restrictivo:
- Certificaciones como PMI, Scrum Master, etc.
- Conocimientos en las Integraciones con Master Trader y SetFx
