What You'll Bring:

  • Forecasting and budgeting for the 8+ Business Units for various expense categories (Equipment & Software, External Labor, Training and Subscriptions).
  • Provide Global Views into our OEM spend management.
  • Monthly accruals, variances, and expected.
  • Liaison to Finance and Accounting from the BU.
  • Providing BU's support in various aspects as needed (monthly meeting).
  • Tracking and reporting of monthly Spend, by OEM, by area.
  • Creating various financial executive Dashboards to provide insights on spend, rates, budget and forecasting trajectory, including utilization data.
  • Creating financial analysis for contract renewals.
  • Create new insights and reports to help BU's make data driven business decision.
  • Working on automating current processes wherever possible.
  • Ensuring all spend is tracked in various trackers and reported on.

Impact You'll Make:

To be successful in the role, looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in IT Financial.
  • Strong Project management, Communication, Presentation and Verbal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with team.
  • Strong leader, with ability to lead projects to completion working with various crossfunctional teams.
  • Process oriented.
  • Detailed focused as well as understanding the overall objective and impact.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel required *Experience with Financial Systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, OneStream) and preferred experience with Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of HW/SW Maintenance/Licenses and appropriate accounting of the costs on the financials.
