La posición tiene la responsabilidad de coordinar las actividades de Tax & Stats en Colombia, que incluye la ejecución de los procesos estatutarios y fiscales de la compañía.

Tendrás un rol clave en la elaboración de estados financieros, auditorías externas, reportes para gobierno, coordinación con distintas áreas financieras y actividades de cumplimiento de impuestos locales.

Este rol reporta al Americas Tax & Stats Manager.

Tus responsabilidades:

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

  • Trabajar en coordinación de las diferentes actividades con el Hub de Costa Rica (Centro de Servicios) trabajando en estrecha colaboración en los diferentes procesos financieros (finanzas, contabilidad, Impuestos, tesorería, entre otras) para garantizar la correcta presentación de los estados financieros de la compañía y reportes locales.
  • Conciliación de cuentas contables a cargo, la integridad y la emisión de los Estados Financieros, según requerimientos.
  • Dar soporte a las diferentes actividades y requerimientos de auditorías internas y externas incluyendo los Entes Gubernamentales locales y entidades financieras aprobadas por la corporación.
  • Ejecución y apoyo a los procesos anuales de impuestos, Renta, Medios, precios de transferencia y asegurar que las declaraciones de impuestos mensuales, bimestrales sean presentadas oportunamente.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora con las distintas áreas de finanzas e impuestos para lograr procesos de cumplimientos de forma más eficiente.
  • Manejo de riesgo respecto a las actividades bajo scope con los equipos internos de impuestos de Haleon Colombia.

Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando profesionales con las siguientes características:

  • Profesional en Contaduría Pública con tarjeta profesional vigente.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiência en Contabilidad y Finanzas (todos los ciclos contables de una empresa comercial transaccional).
  • Experiência en el manejo de contabilidad estatutaria y requerimientos fiscales locales y conocimientos sólidos en impuestos.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en manejo de Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Manejo intermedio del idioma inglés.
