Job Description

In this position, you will play a vital role in collaborating with clients to create effective media strategies aligned with their marketing goals. Your main responsibilities will involve analyzing data, studying consumer behavior, and spotting trends to make well-informed decisions regarding media placement.

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Manage budget and updates in Lumina and Media Tools
  • Provide regular budget updates
  • Check and update flowcharts and budget documents meticulously
  • Assist strategy team in reach and frequency deliveries using Tardiis / NMI
  • Offer audience and consumer insights from syndicated tools like MRI and GWI
  • Deliver monthly global tracking updates for internal review
  • Create charts and slides for client presentations
  • Assist in creating monthly competitive insight reports and updates
  • Verify monthly billing compared to budget documents and raise issues as needed
  • Update weekly TV goals based on the latest budget and flighting
  • Prepare client-ready slides for distribution

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to establish and optimize processes
  • Bachelor's Degree (e.g., BA, BS, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Media and Planning preferred
  • English Level B2+ or Higher (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel functions (Intermediate/ Advanced)
  • Familiarity with Media Tools, Data Studio, Campaign Manager, Power BI (Preferred)
  • Sound knowledge of planning campaigns across different mechanisms, channels, and buying models
