JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services to support the digital asset management system.
Implement and optimize DAM authoring and publishing workflows within the AEM platform.
Ensure adherence to AEM best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles throughout development processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AEM with other systems and services using APIdriven clients, microservice architectures, and eventdriven integration.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AEMrelated initiatives and projects.
Stay updated on the latest AEM developments, tools, and technologies, and proactively share insights and best practices with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience working as an AEM developer or in a similar role.
Handson experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or a similar platform.
Strong understanding of OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
Familiarity with DAM authoring and publishing workflows.
Knowledge of AEM best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
