JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services to support the digital asset management system.
- Implement and optimize DAM authoring and publishing workflows within the AEM platform.
- Ensure adherence to AEM best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles throughout development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other systems and services using API-driven clients, microservice architectures, and event-driven integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AEM-related initiatives and projects.
- Stay updated on the latest AEM developments, tools, and technologies, and proactively share insights and best practices with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience working as an AEM developer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or a similar platform.
- Strong understanding of OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
- Familiarity with DAM authoring and publishing workflows.
- Knowledge of AEM best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
