PRINCIPAL PROPÓSITO:


El
Latam CSC Markets Ops Checker Senio será responsable de coordinar, supervisar y controlar el procesamiento de transacciones de Markets a cargo del CSC Markets Colombia para los países de Latam con los cuales se tenga suscrito un acuerdo de servicio y las futuras migraciones que se puedan presentar, manteniendo e implementando los controles requeridos que permitan mitigar riesgos operativos o reputacionales que puedan afectar a la Corporación.


PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES


Recibir, analizar y procesar en el sistema requerido las transacciones de Markets para los países de Latam, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos (accuracy y timeliness) suscritos en los documentos
ADR
(Additional Documentation Requirement), todo lo anterior a través de procesos que garanticen que la información cumpla los procedimientos internos, las políticas corporativas, regulación, procedimientos globales, regionales y locales requeridos para el correcto procesamiento de las transacciones.


Realizar la validación de fondos manual en los sistemas que establecen los procedimientos internos previo al cumplimiento de una transacción cuando dicha validación no es realizada directamente por el sistema de procesamiento y dejar la debida evidencia de su revisión en los sistemas de procesamiento.


Garantizar que el proceso
Manual Processing Payment (MPP) previo a que las instrucciones lleguen al CSC hayan sido completados a fin de prevenir posibles fraudes, riesgos operativos, legales y reputacionales.


Asegurar la aplicación de la política de
Sanction Screening realizando la revisión y descarte de las posibles coincidencias o coincidencias exactas bajo control Maker/Checker de todos las personas naturales o jurídicas involucrados en la transacción.

De existir una posible coincidencia o coincidencia exacta en las validaciones se haya realizado el debido escalamiento al país, descarte y aprobación del mismo para dar continuidad con la transacción.

De la misma manera garantizar que la documentación de todas las validaciones haya quedado debidamente documentada en los sistemas establecidos.


Asegurar el cumplimiento de la política de
Third Party Payments (3PP) de las instrucciones recibidas de los clientes por los canales manuales y electrónicos de los productos de FX, MM, Derivados, Fixed Income & Loans.

Escalar oportunamente al país cualquier transacción que no cumpla con la política.

Profesional Universitario en Ingeniería, administración de Empresas o carreras afines

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS

  • Operaciones bancarias
  • Administración de productos
  • Ingles avanzado (Bilingüe)
  • Office Productivity tools (MS Office)

EXPERIENCIA PREVIA

  • Conocimiento avanzado en áreas operativas
  • Preferiblemente conocimiento en temas de Tesorería, reconciliaciones y contabilidad.
  • Conocer los procesos de control interno o regulatorios que rigen la operación de los distintos productos
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiência en procesos de operación y productos del sector financiero.
  • Bilingüe (Inglés y/o Portugues)
