Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to grasp business objectives and functional requirements.
  • Elicit, capture, and interpret business problems from various angles, presenting implications and recommendations strategically to influence project parameters.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Develop requirements, draft user stories, and design user interfaces for new functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Solid knowledge of Business Analysis and Software Development.
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in development and the development process is essential.
  • Proficiency in understanding code to collaborate with developers and design new solutions.

  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to facilitate group processes and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience with Agile Development methodologies.
