The Digital Commerce Colombia Lead position is focused to Grow the digital commerce channel and drive execution locally to be market leader in Consumer Health, exploring new customer / business model to expand the business specifically Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, Pureplay (new customers / channels) with a consolidated omnichannel strategy.


The role requires a solid and passionate digital commerce leadership, someone not afraid to champion great ideas and can quickly evaluate those that are built off a strong global strategy and to embed at the Local level.

This role requires someone who is a change agent.

She/he must be fluent in digital eCommerce for today's consumers and can persuade others to be courageous, innovate and agile in bringing new ideas to life.

The role will support significant online sales growth by delivering a customer-focused, easy to use, best in class.

This is a role that is very much about fostering the digital e-commerce capabilities, driving the local commercial performance of brand websites/social media/mobile platforms/e-commerce channels, and providing the push behind online customer acquisition, cross-selling and retention strategies that drive value growth for Haleon Colombia.


Key Responsibilities:

Planning / Budgeting / Reporting

  • Develop the ecommerce and omnichannel strategies, 3.1 plans aligned and in collaboration with sales, marketing, and trade, and to support the local growth business.
  • Enable effective cooperation with other functions to drive dCom progress, especially with marketing, sales & trade.
  • Over deliver local digital commerce P&L on target and within budget including Net Revenue Growth initiatives on time in full and ensuring on target Gross to Net.
  • Accountable for Net Sales, Net Revenue Management and Gross to Net (Margin)
  • Leads the core commercial cycle for digital commerce (sales planning, forecasting, demand planning) monthly.
  • Manage sales planning and reporting on weekly, monthly, annual basis
  • Key interface to marketing, sales, trade/shopper organization areas in building brand specific digital commerce plans aligned to the strategy.
  • Ensure right reporting in place, dashboards and in alignment with Finance., MPR and others requested.
  • Ensure WOW / SOW with partners such as: agencies, stakeholders to create / optimize local digital commerce strategy and deployment.
  • Ensure the correct execution, Agile execution and HIGH SPEED, driving results and performance, for the local acceleration program, including, dcomm activities, retail analytics performance.
  • Regular cooperation between markets, best practices & learnings sharing +, economy of scale (eContent production, partnerships, advanced tools)
  • Ensure maximum collaboration of Digital Acceleration partner in BU., and to align the local strategy and ways of work with the BU digital commerce Lead.
  • Consistent capability development across the team & lead capability growth in Colombia.
  • Continuous evaluation of digital/social/ecommerce strategy to optimize channel, customer, consumer offering.
Customer Interface

  • Build & manage local customer relationships (joint business plan, planning, negotiation, terms, investment) in the different channels /customers.
  • Lead channel specific trade terms / investment alignment aligned with the trade and local areas involved in the process.
  • Manages customer data (sell in / stock / sell out / conversion / media performance etc) for all digital customers & channel.
  • Provides digital commerce expertise into the evolution of datadriven consumer model, thinking through new ecosystems around the consumer (from tech, analytics, and business POV)
Performance & Processes

  • Monitors performance and evaluates potential reasons for deviation and takes action to optimize performance.
