Actuar en la investigación, identificación y resolución de problemas y incidentes relacionados con la área de redes y seguridad
Implementar los cambios tecnológicos necesarios en la región para cumplir con los requisitos de la Casa Matriz
Requisitos:
Conocimiento en el área de seguridad trabajando con productos como F5, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto y SkyHigh Web Security Gateway.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
Guiar los procesos, monitorear y controlar la gobernanza y las políticas de seguridad del grupo aplicadas al entorno del centro de datos
Tercer nível de soporte para países y clientes internos
Crear y mantener documentación y procedimientos actualizados
Informes y mantenimiento de KPI de red y seguridad.
Deseable certificaciones en el área como: Cisco (CCNA), Check Point (CCSE), Fortinet (NSE4) y F5 (301/303)
Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
Portugués intermedio seia un plus
