Bizagi Onboarding consultant focused on onboarding new customers onto the Bizagi platform. Their role involves guiding and supporting customers through the initial stages of adopting and utilizing the PaaS offering.
Key tasks and accountability
Onboarding consultants deliver initial information regarding provisioned environments, and can engage other teams (training and support) for training sessions or to troubleshoot technical issues.
Academic and professional qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience and knowledge
- Experience on service delivery and customer support is a plus
- Experience in Cloud infrastructure technologies in Azure is mandatory
- Knowledge in system networking, SMTP & PKI
- Knowledge in integration architecture
