Overview

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of the marketing lead generation engine: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, and overall pipeline and revenue performance
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Assess, refine, and operationally execute marketing best practices, maintain ongoing campaigns, and provide program metrics for drip and nurture campaigns
  • Supports the marketing and sales team with active data management across the MarTech stack: Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Uberflip, Vidyard, CVENT, NetSuite
  • Independently drive critical requirements discussions, managing dependencies across multiple functional areas to achieve the best outcome for Quorum as a whole
  • Partner with key stakeholder in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT as well as other business stakeholders to develop, document and optimize processes to effectively support the projects key objectives
  • Assist with the development and business process flow diagrams that span across solutions, endtoend
  • Decompose highlevel information into details, abstract up from lowlevel information to facilitate a general understanding, focusing on the data and reporting
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of demonstrated business process analysis and/or project management experience
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills tailored to meet the needs of the different end users, team members, sr. management and executive leadership in crosscultural business environment
  • Must be well organized, methodical and pay close attention to detail
  • Possess excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Able to work well in a highly collaborative cross discipline team
  • Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a global / matrix environment
  • Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
  • Solution minded, detailoriented and is firm yet flexible
  • Knowledge and experience with Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Leading teams in a matrix environment consisting of various types of roles and skill sets
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects and programs
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
