As an Assortment Analyst in Rappi, you will be responsible for optimally configuring content and assortment to improve our user navigation in the app. This entails the ability to structure experiments, prioritize efforts by impact and execute multiple work streams in parallel. To succeed, you must be able to perform tradeoff analyses, make data-driven decisions, execute plans with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, track/report and ultimately drive results in improving our conversion rate.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

- Identify gaps and growth opportunities with a data-first approach
- Create plans to execute on identified opportunities from a content and assortment perspective with local teams
- Executing improvements on user facing features of strategic product categories (examples include: product variations, category-based navigation and gifting flow)
- Understanding competitive landscape, market trends and user research to suggest new features for product roadmap

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

Key Requirements:

- Strong & proven analytical skills
- A degree in engineering, economics, business, finance or related fields
- A basic knowledge of Power BI (or similar tools) and Excel
- Love getting to concrete, specific and actionable business insights, rather than querying data
- Fluent in at least one and conversational in another of: English, Spanish, Portuguese.
- Can do will do mindset: a self-starter that can propose new initiatives and takes risk
- Are structured, organized, and able to follow up on multiple projects at a time
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by constant change

Desired Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience at a startup, consulting, IBD or e-commerce firm
- SQL and Python are a plus
