Esta posición tiene la responsabilidad de garantizar la ejecución de las actividades diarias relacionadas con las operaciones de importación/exportación, incluida la logística internacional y la Aduana en Colombia, asegurando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones aduaneras y restricciones no arancelarias para todos los negocios de la compañía en Colombia.

Adicionalmente realiza las gestiones operativas necesarias para asegurar el cumplimiento de las operaciones.

Responsailidades Especificas - No limitadas a

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento riguroso de las regulaciones aduaneras - Estatuto Aduanero y/o demás leyes aplicables
- realizar todas las actividades necesarias para el normal funcionamiento de las operaciones dentro del marco legal colombiano y los estándares OEA dentro del cadena de suministro:

Gestión Documental y generación de Controles:

Administrar y verificar la correcta y oportuna preparación y presentación de la documentación requerida para operaciones de comercio exterior, como facturas comerciales, certificados de origen, entre otros.

Asegura el correcto diligenciamiento de los controles de Comercio Exterior

Logística Internacional y Fechas de Entrega:

  • Supervisa y apoya la coordinación de las operaciones de Comercio Internacional en AR/CL (Importación/Exportación), desde el origen hasta su entrega en DC.
  • Garantiza que la documentación de embarque sea correcta
  • Revisa los reportes de seguimiento generados por los forwarders, carriers o booking agents para garantizar el cumplimiento de las necesidades de inventario.

Procesos de Mejora:
Desarrolla e implementa procedimientos eficientes de importación/exportación, identificando oportunidades para la optimización de procesos, reducción de costos y mitigación de riesgos

Evaluación de Riesgos:

  • Realiza auditorías mensuales
  • Entregar en tiempo y forma la documentación requerida cuando se realiza una auditoría por un área interna o por requerimiento de la Autoridad
  • Da seguimiento y cierra cualquier acción abierta.
  • Gestión de Proveedores


Realiza el seguimiento a los proveedores dentro de la cadena de suministro (agentes de aduana, forwarders, navieros, etc), realizando seguimiento a su desempeño y cumplimiento según los estándares contractuales o SOP y trabaja con ellos para lograr mejoras continuas en costos y desempeño.


KPIs, Entregables y Responsabilidades Financieras:
Ejecuta y garantiza que el equipo en CO cumpla con los entregables y responsabilidades financieras mensuales

Ejecuta y garantiza los Entregables de Comercio Exterior por parte del equipo de CO

Back Up y Soporte Regional


Se desempeña como Back up regional para actividades de Comercio Exterior de otros países en LATAM y apoya / reemplaza al Gerente Sr.

de Comercio Exterior en proyectos específicos.

  • Qualifications
  • Profesional en Comercio Exterior, Administración, Negocios, Economía o afines
- + 5 años de experiência demostrada en operaciones de Importación y Exportación, liderando la operación internacional de las cargas y aduanas

  • Fluidez en ingles escrito y oral
  • Avanzado.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

  • Legislación Aduanera (debe estar al día con las ultimas normativas aplicables)
  • Incoterms
  • OEA Colombia.
  • Definición, interpretación y análisis de HTS
Habilidades Informáticas

  • MS Office
  • Excel Intermedio
  • SAP (deseable)

Habilidades Blandas:

  • Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y capacidad para trabajar en entornos multifuncionales.
  • Excelentes capacidades organizativas, analíticas y de resolución de problemas en la gestión de operaciones de comercio exterior diarias y complejas.
