Job Title: Experienced Full Cycle Account Executive - US/Canada

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Cycle Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in the US and Canadian markets. Our company offers a smart solution for efficient resource management and project scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US and Canadian markets, targeting potential clients for our resource management and project scheduling solution. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solution's features, benefits, and value proposition effectively. Understand customer requirements and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address their specific needs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution in the market. Responsible for expanding into existing accounts - primarily cross-selling to new departments, divisions, countries, and subsidiaries.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Full Cycle Account Executive, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the software industry. 3+ years of experience selling software solutions, preferably in the SaaS space. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
