Por medio de nuestros productos, nuestros clientes pueden recibir pagos electrónicos de manera presencial a través de un datáfono móvil y también de forma remota a través de enlaces de pago, adicionalmente nos estamos preparando para operar como entidad financiera con nuevos productos orientados a banca digital como cuentas y créditos.
El rol
Como
Training Lead **serás el responsable de asegurar la actualización en producto y desarrollo de habilidades del equipo comercial.
Deberás:
- Liderar el equipo de Training.
- Diseñar la estrategia de capacitación del equipo Sales.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el plan de capacitación de Sales.
- Interactuar entre áreas y realizar levantamiento de necesidades.
- Liderar la planeación y ejecución de cronogramas de capacitación en pro de potenciar el conocimiento del producto y habilidades blandas.
- Ser un canal de comunicación efectivo entre el área de producto y el área comercial asegurando que todo el equipo esté actualizado en cuanto a las novedades de nuestro producto.
- Garantizar el desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño comercial que impacte en el crecimiento del TPV en Bold.
