LAC Early Career Development Specialist

We will count on you to:

  • Work with Early Career Leaders / Managers in the development and delivery of _end-to-end early career framework, programs and processes, including formal graduate, apprenticeship and interns programs as well as non-programmatic early career pipeline initiatives._
  • Collaborates with the Global Early Career team, and TD COE, in the development of talent and learning approaches and materials by gathering and analyzing, diagnostic assessment, SME input, information, data, reports and user experience feedback.
  • Organizes early career initiatives and events by managing logistics such as, creating and delivering communication, gathering, developing, and distributing prework materials (with review from program managers) for attendees, and coordinating trainers and coaches to ensure successful implementation of programs.
  • Performs data collection activities, including preparing and distributing assessments, surveys and qualitative feedback, and compiles results in order to measure program/project needs, performance and colleague satisfaction.
  • Research industry trends and approaches to generate and/or adjust talent and learning content for review by program leads / managers and develop awareness of business trends in learning and development and talent/performance management.
- _ Supports the drive for enterprise-wide standardization of talent programs, while allowing for region / business-specific nuances where necessary. _

What you need to have:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Talent Development or Learning or comparable position, with demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
  • Change Agility: Readily tries new ways of doing things and adjusts appropriately as needed
  • Collaboration: Able to collaborate well and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication & Influence: Effective communicator; listens well and understands where to act as a result of feedback received.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to simplify the complex and operationalize with consistent execution.
  • Results Focus: Delivers on commitments, strong organizational skills; achieves expected outcomes.

What makes you stand out?

  • Technical Experience: In talent management and / or learning and development practices, with a focus on ensuring for an excellent colleague experience that is relevant across businesses, ideally with exposure to the emerging talent population.
  • Technical Experience: Experience in a global matrixed organization; preferably a professional services firm would be highly desired.
  • BA/BS required / equivalent international academic background or equivalent professional work experience.
