Join our team as the Technical Support Specialist - POS Solutions for Banking Sector. In this role, you will focus on providing technical support post-deployment and certifying POS software applications for Ingenico's clients, covering Mexico and North Cone regions. Your main responsibilities include evaluating applications, conducting tailored training sessions, and assisting third-party developers to optimize applications. Collaboration with the R&D team is key to deliver innovative solutions for the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, software development, and QA teams to integrate banking products
- Provide technical expertise to enhance the quality of Ingenico's banking solutions
- Manage technical aspects with banking clients and strategic partners
- Design and deliver training sessions on products and solutions tailored to banks' specific needs
- Support banks in all phases of software integration projects
- Evaluate banking software implementations to identify and resolve issues
- Provide technical assistance to ensure optimal use of developed solutions
- Solid knowledge of POS systems and EMV standards
- Technical expertise in programming, Android (Kotlin), C, EMV, and banking applications
- Deep understanding of payment application development processes
- Advanced project management and time management skills
- Analytical and leadership skills to manage client expectations
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for teamwork and relationship building
- Ability to align business needs with technical solutions
- Focus on results, customer-centric approach, and negotiation skills
- Critical analysis, flexibility, and adaptability to different projects
- Preference for candidates with project management tools knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields
- 1-2 years' experience in software development, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Experience in agile environments and proficiency in tools like JIRA
- Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and task management systems
