A Day in the Life

  • Support the Neuroscience Grants and Donations process, serving as a contact for both the business and health care organizations.
  • Conduct prompt analysis of funding requests received from health care professionals and related organizations/societies in Medtronic Giving Connection.
  • Proactively communicate with requesters and business partners to obtain relevant information to support analysis and funding decision.
  • Ensure alignment of requests with established business criteria/priorities for thirdparty education of medical professionals and patients.
  • Lead internal efforts to further develop/improve fundingassessment process and/or funding guidelines.
  • Maintain contact with thirdparty requesters and the Neuroscience Sales organization
  • Assist members of the Neuroscience Sales organization with questions about charitable fundraiser requests or the grants process in general.
  • Document necessary information related to the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
  • Model a culture of ethics and integrity.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English level
  • 1 or 2 years of experience working with payment processing, data entry, customer service, payable accountants, or related areas
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team player

Nice to Haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Neuroscience products and therapies and related disease states
  • Knowledge with Power BI
