Full-time position.Position Purpose Provide key administrative support to the Peopledepartment, ensuring the efficient management of HR processes, datahandling, and analysis. This role will also support peopleinitiatives and align practices with the Distributors business unitneeds. The position plays a role in strengthening a collaborativeorganizational culture that values teamwork, trust, andrelationship-building. Accountabilities 1. Administrative Supportfor the People Department (50%) 1. Support administrative processessuch as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and managing records. 2.Administer HR management systems (HRIS) and generate regularreports for the team and leadership. 3. Ensure proper management ofemployment documentation and compliance with internal HR processes.4. Generate key HR performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover,headcount, absenteeism, and performance. 5. Ensure data integrityacross HR systems and suggest improvements in data managementprocesses. 2. Junior Business Partner for the Distributors Unit(50%) 1. Act as a liaison between the People department and thedistributors business unit, supporting administrative Peoplerelated tasks. 2. Support team leader in the implementation ofPeople practices for the unit. 3. Provide support to business unitteammates on basic process steps in talent management, development,and well-being topics. 4. Support local and regional Peopleprojects impacting the distributors unit. Required Skills andExperience - Bachelor's degree in psychology, BusinessAdministration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or relatedfields. - At least 3 years of experience in administrative or entrylevel HR roles. - Experience in handling HR-related data andreports. - Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and dataanalysis tools. - Basic knowledge of Human Resources InformationSystems (HRIS). - Understanding of HR processes, includingrecruitment, development, and performance management.
