With us, you will lead a team that participates in different private and public cloud-oriented projects of various sizes and scales. This includes enterprise-scale migrations, designing and developing cloud-native applications, working with the latest and trending technologies, and spreading expertise and DevOps culture across the organization. As champions in tech, we provide not just solutions but transformative experiences.

IF YOU ARE
  • A professional with 7+ years of overall experience in Information Technology and 4+ years in Cloud and DevOps engineering (previous track record as Cloud or Solutions Architect is beneficial)
  • A holder of a university or master's degree (preferred) with a solid understanding of information technology, financial management, and business planning
  • Experienced in team leadership, with 1+ year managing up to 15 people, you want to continue developing people (leader of leaders)
  • Skilled in public cloud providers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), Configuration as Code (Ansible preferred), scripting with modern languages (Python/Go preferred), and CI/CD pipelines tooling
  • Aware of well-architected cloud and Cloud Adoption frameworks (for cost optimization, resiliency, and security enhancements)
  • The one who excels in communication, presentation, teamwork, problem-solving, quick learning, and critical thinking
  • An expert in presales and proposal preparation experience, along with communication with engineers, Directors, VPs, and C-level
  • Unrivaled in managing complex projects, contributing to business plans, and providing recommendations for service improvements
  • A bilingual speaker with English at least B2 level
  • A professional with prior experience working with AI-based solutions or Machine Learning teams (as a main benefit)
  • Well-versed in project budget, scope, schedule management, service delivery, competence development, and community management (as a plus)

  • Build and optimize a high-performance team of up to 30 people
  • Collaborate actively with local functional teams, including Recruitment, Talent Success Lead, Learning and Development, and HR Marketing, to generate strategies for growing your team
  • Participate in different brand awareness and partner marketing activities and campaigns globally, with a particular focus on your location
  • Provide pre-sales support for Account Executives and portfolio development support for Client Partners by presenting our capabilities to customers and partners, interviewing multiple clients’ stakeholders, proactively listening, asking technical questions, writing meeting notes, sending action items, and preparing proposals
  • Help Delivery teams on innovative proposals for our end-customers
