We are in search of a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Amazon Web Services to join our team. Our client is a leading e-commerce company that is growing rapidly and needs a reliable infrastructure to support their business. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a cloud-based infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and highly available.
Responsibilities- Design and implement a scalable and highly available infrastructure in AWS
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters in AWS
- Ensure that the infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry and company standards
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, including network and application issues
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets their requirements
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on AWS
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance using tools like Terraform
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes
- Experience in designing and building scalable and highly available systems in AWS
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Bash
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
