Junior Accounts Payable Analyst

Position: Certified Public Accountant with TP Accounting Experience (Accounts Receivable)

Characterized by having extensive knowledge of SAP ERP and integration tools for multi-country organizations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure and lead the End to End Financing Process in P2P areas and Purchasing.
  2. Comply with commercial payment commitments and ensure efficient management of customer collections.
  3. Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to maintain company finances in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.
  4. Prepare batches of invoices for data entry; data enter invoices for payment; process backup reports after data entry.
  5. Process invoices, payments, and check requests.
  6. Manage the weekly check run process as well as additional check requests as necessary.
  7. Prepare vendor checks for mailing and ensure timely, accurate filing of A/P support.
  8. Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
  9. Process Purchase Orders/Vouchers including creating P.O.s for credit memos.
  10. Prepare coding of invoices and ensure accuracy utilizing the appropriate general ledger codes.

Salary: $4 million
