Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll be instrumental in driving the success of our Signaling & Infrastructure division by ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Finance, Operations), coordinating and leading the activities of the Work Package, and much more.
We'll look to you for:
- Plan and control the contractual and administrative development of projects, ensuring adherence to contract conditions.
- Coordinate the activities and action plans of the Work Package, aligning them with commitments to Quality/Cost/Execution.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups on the project review cycle, identifying variations in Quality/Cost/Execution commitments and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead risk analysis and saving meetings, as well as project review meetings, including risk and savings replanning as required.
- Collaborate with various areas of the company, both nationally and internationally, to coordinate contract execution and ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Optimize profit margins and increase levels of satisfaction among internal and external customers.
- Comply with the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System, ensuring the care of natural resources and proper waste management, as well as adherence to internal regulations regarding order, hygiene, and safety.
- Champion inclusivity and unbiased approaches in all aspects of project management and team collaboration.

- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in the railway or infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of contract management and Quality/Cost/Execution processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
