As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects.
You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation and resource planning to execution, reporting, and closure—ensuring that milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders remain informed.
This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
The role is hourly based.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks, aligning with the organization's strategic goals Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear alignment with business and technical stakeholders Manage risk, issue tracking, and change control processes, ensuring proactive identification and resolution Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, analysts, and product owners to meet project milestones Track project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and provide regular status updates and reports Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings as needed Drive process improvements and workflow optimization to enhance project delivery and team productivity Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment that emphasizes transparency, adaptability, and continuous learning Requirements: Proven experience managing technical or cross-functional projects across the full project lifecycle PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe certification ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) Experience in technology or SaaS project environments Expertise in project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable plans Experience with resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management Skilled in risk management, conflict resolution, and process optimization Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms like Salesforce Ability to thrive in remote, hybrid, and global team environments Strong presentation, facilitation, and reporting skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
