At Infobip, we're at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, and we're looking for a creative, strategic External Communications Specialist to help amplify our voice across the industry. You’ll be the key player in shaping how the world sees our brand, telling our story, and ensuring our innovations reach the right audience in the right way.

What you'll do:

  1. Promoting Infobip’s story, our strategic positioning, vision and product innovations with employees, prospects, clients, media, influencers, and industry
  2. Executing communication programs in-line with our company goals and objectives; ensuring key messages are effectively shared with appropriate external and internal audiences
  3. Coordinating and producing content for internal social network
  4. Cultivating new relationships and building on existing relationships with journalists, thought-leaders and influencers
  5. Creating content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters and creative content)
  6. Planning and executing media events and press conferences
  7. Communicating with media regularly
  8. Managing media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements etc.
  9. Building long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders
  10. Leading, designing and implementing a social media strategy on all branded social media channels globally, in line with overall business and marketing strategy
  11. Developing a strategy to increase follower engagement and revenue
  12. Increasing and improving internet visibility and generate traffic using expertise around optimization, promotion and distribution
  13. Working with an international digital marketing and employer branding teams in campaign and media strategy
  14. Answering around key performance indicators
  15. Exploring emerging trends and markets and implementing new technology and opportunities for innovation
  16. Responsibility for constantly increasing the online community and raising content on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  17. Strengthening the company brand and engaging the community on social media by creating creative and engaging content
  18. Monitoring social media accounts
  19. Mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

  1. Advanced English is required, Portuguese is a plus
  2. Bachelor's degree on communication, marketing, advertising, or related fields will be considered for this role.
  3. Experience managing and analyzing data from social media.
  4. Experience creating social media strategy for the company brand.
  5. Knowledge in public relations (Handling press, journalist relationship)
  6. Experience handling PR and Social Media for IT industries is desired.
