Executive Administrative Assistant with Sales Skills (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Administrative Assistant with Sales Skills to join a thriving health insurance agency. This individual will serve a dual role by providing executive-level administrative support while leveraging their sales acumen to enhance client relationship management and lead conversion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong ability to build rapport and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client List Management: Consolidate and organize existing client lists into a comprehensive master list for efficient outreach and tracking.
  • Outbound Communication: Conduct follow-up calls and lead conversion activities using a provided script, maintaining professionalism and a sales-oriented approach.
  • CRM Management: Enter and maintain data within the agency's custom GoHighLevel CRM platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates.
  • Relationship Management: Assist in managing client interactions using CRM tools to strengthen client relationships and increase client retention.
  • Lead Conversion: Support the conversion of leads generated through marketing efforts into active clients, utilizing tailored sales techniques.
  • Platform Administration: Oversee activities within the GoHighLevel platform, including campaign tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Agent Support: Provide administrative assistance to the agency's team of agents, including managing specific client interactions and follow-ups on their behalf.
  • General Administrative Support: Execute a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation, to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in administrative support and sales-related tasks.
  • Strong phone etiquette and experience with outbound calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, with experience in GoHighLevel preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Terms

  • Contract type: Service provision
  • Duration: 2-month contract with the option to be renewed.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
  • 1 hour for lunch
  • Workplace: Remote from home
  • Payment made directly to the bank account. Payment is made on the last days of each month.
