The ideal candidate should haveknowledge of the construction and/or asphalt market (concretemanufacturers, concrete additives, mortars, asphalt) and at least 4years of experience in negotiation strategies under the B2B model,ensuring the achievement of established commercial goals, andexecuting commercial strategies through technical meetings toprospect new business opportunities. The candidate should havemanaged technical meetings with suppliers to delve into clientinterests, promoted new product launches, followed up on purchasesin collaboration with the client's purchasing department, definingforecasts, open purchase orders, and delivery dates. They shouldalso have reviewed stock replenishments with the commercial supportteam and organized virtual/presential seminars for clients.
