Ensures adherence toregulatory compliance requirements and initiates the development ofHR policies and procedures that reflect best practices. 7.Identifies opportunities for HR process efficiencies (includingOnboarding and Off boarding of Employees) and implements approvedinnovations to enhance overall HR operations. 8. Develops trainingprograms that enhance employee skills and capabilities, supportingcapacity-building initiatives across the organization 9. Performsother essential HR-related tasks and projects as required tosupport the organization's goals and objectives. You will reportdirectly to the Global People and Culture Director at SuperStaff.Working hours are from Monday to Friday
