Technical Project Manager The Technical ProjectManager (TPM) is a versatile position that merges technicalexpertise, project management proficiency, and client relationshipskills to drive a wide variety of initiatives from inception tocompletion. This role is responsible for planning and overseeingprojects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, andin alignment with the company's overarching goals and vision. TheTPM manages end-to-end delivery for diverse programs ranging fromIT, HR, and marketing initiatives to specialized contact centerprojects involving software development, IVR systems, and reportingwhile ensuring each solution meets client requirements, technicalfeasibility standards, and organizational objectives. Byeffectively allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoringprogress, and keeping stakeholders informed, the Technical ProjectManager plays a pivotal role in ensuring project success andfostering business growth. Job Description Role andResponsibilities 1. Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects,including reporting systems, microsites, software development, andenhancements 2. Plan, execute, and track projects using Jira,ensuring milestones are met and risks/issues are managedeffectively 3. Determine and define project scope and objectives,aligning with client requirements, technical feasibility, andorganizational goals 4. Predict resources needed to reachobjectives, managing them effectively and efficiently 5. Preparebudgets (in conjunction with the Program Manager) based on thescope of work, and track costs to ensure adherence 6. Develop andmanage detailed project schedules and work plans, providing regularupdates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress 7.Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks andcommunicating expected deliverables 8. Collaborate withdevelopment, design, and QA teams to ensure technical deliverablesalign with project goals 9. Oversee IVR-related projects, exploringinnovative approaches such as AI for future enhancements 10.Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments, ensuring finaldeliverables meet client expectations and quality standards 11. Actas the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strongrelationships and conducting requirements-gathering sessions 12.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standardsthroughout project execution, measuring performance to identifyareas for improvement 13. Coordinate tasks across cross-functionalteams, mentoring and supporting junior members or less experiencedcolleagues 14. Continuously identify opportunities to refine andimprove project management workflows, leveraging Jira for trackingand reporting Qualifications and Education Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field2. 5–8 years of project management (or related) experience; projectmanagement experience with IT projects is a plus 3. Must be highlyskilled in using Jira (or similar project management tools) 4.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 5.Proven ability to solve problems creatively 6. Strong familiaritywith project management methodologies and best practices 7.Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle 8.Excellent analytical skills 9. Strong interpersonal skills andresourcefulness 10. Proven ability to complete projects withindefined scope, budget, and timeline 11. Fluent in English, able tocommunicate complex technical concepts, produce cleardocumentation, and engage effectively with internationalstakeholders 12. Proven experience in direct client communications,comfortable gathering requirements, presenting project proposals,conducting client-facing meetings, and managing expectations withprofessionalism and clarity 13. Leadership – Able to guide andinspire team members toward successful outcomes 14. Communication –Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an abilityto engage stakeholders effectively 15. Problem-Solving – Skilled inidentifying issues early and implementing efficient solutions 16.Stakeholder Management – Adept at balancing various stakeholderneeds and expectations Working Arrangement 1. Primarily Remote –The role mainly operates off-site, with 1-2 days in office per weekbased on business needs 2.
