Department(s): Program Management Location: Bogota,Colombia Reports To: Global Director of Program Management OverviewThe Technical Project Manager (TPM) is a versatile position thatmerges technical expertise, project management proficiency, andclient relationship skills to drive a wide variety of initiativesfrom inception to completion. This role is responsible for planningand overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time,within budget, and in alignment with the company's overarchinggoals and vision. The TPM manages end-to-end delivery for diverseprograms ranging from IT, HR, and marketing initiatives tospecialized contact center projects involving software development,IVR systems, and reporting while ensuring each solution meetsclient requirements, technical feasibility standards, andorganizational objectives. By effectively allocating resources,preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholdersinformed, the Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role inensuring project success and fostering business growth. JobDescription Role and Responsibilities 1. Lead and oversee multipleconcurrent projects, including reporting systems, microsites,software development, and enhancements. 2. Plan, execute, and trackprojects using Jira, ensuring milestones are met and risks/issuesare managed effectively. 3. Determine and define project scope andobjectives, aligning with client requirements, technicalfeasibility, and organizational goals. 4. Predict resources neededto reach objectives, managing them effectively and efficiently. 5.Prepare budgets (in conjunction with the Program Manager) based onthe scope of work, and track costs to ensure adherence. 6. Developand manage detailed project schedules and work plans, providingregular updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, andprogress. 7. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers byassigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. 8.Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensuretechnical deliverables align with project goals. 9. OverseeIVR-related projects, exploring innovative approaches such as AIfor future enhancements. 10. Monitor progress and make necessaryadjustments, ensuring final deliverables meet client expectationsand quality standards. 11. Act as the main point of contact forassigned clients, fostering strong relationships and conductingrequirements-gathering sessions. 12. Utilize industry bestpractices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution,measuring performance to identify areas for improvement. 13.Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams, mentoring andsupporting junior members or less experienced colleagues. 14.Continuously identify opportunities to refine and improve projectmanagement workflows, leveraging Jira for tracking and reporting.Qualifications and Education Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree incomputer science, business, or a related field. 2. 5–8 years ofproject management (or related) experience; project managementexperience with IT projects is a plus. 3. Must be highly skilled inusing Jira (or similar project management tools). 4. ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 5. Provenability to solve problems creatively. 6. Strong familiarity withproject management methodologies and best practices. 7. Experiencemanaging projects through the full lifecycle. 8. Excellentanalytical skills. 9. Strong interpersonal skills andresourcefulness. 10. Proven ability to complete projects withindefined scope, budget, and timeline. 11. Fluent in English, able tocommunicate complex technical concepts, produce cleardocumentation, and engage effectively with internationalstakeholders. 12. Proven experience in direct clientcommunications, comfortable gathering requirements, presentingproject proposals, conducting client-facing meetings, and managingexpectations with professionalism and clarity. Working Arrangement 1. Primarily Remote – The rolemainly operates off-site, with 1-2 days in office per week based onbusiness needs. 2.
