Colombia Hammond School A tiempo parcial

Hammond School is seeking a part-time Swim Coach to lead its swim program. This stipend position involves scheduling meets, organizing practices, overseeing transportation, managing equipment, and completing required NFHS Learn coursework and paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct weekday practices (Monday-Thursday).
  • Schedule and communicate weekday and weekend swim meets.
  • Accompany athletes on bus to and from practices and meets.
  • Manage and order team equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
  • Ensure compliance with school, league, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in swim coaching or competitive swimming.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Completion of required NFHS Learn coursework and paperwork.
  • Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule:

  • Weekday practices and meets, with occasional weekends.
  • Additional time for planning and administrative tasks.

Compensation:

  • Stipend based on experience and qualifications.

Reporting: The Head Swim Coach reports to the Athletic Director.
