This role will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of our order management software, leveraging Salesforce’s latest cloud technologies and integrating with various backend systems.We are hiring for our client, a prominent fintech company in Canada, known for its innovation in digital payments and financial solutions. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.What You'll Lead and BuildDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and Process Builder.Implement and optimize Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions to enhance sales operations, pricing, and quoting processes.Develop and maintain complex process flows, automation rules, and validation rules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed in design and development, including security, performance, and maintainability.Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues in a timely manner.Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.What You Bring to the Table5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ with a deep understanding ofconfiguration, customizations, and integrations.Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL,and REST/SOAP APIs.Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, andautomation tools.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts anddesign patterns.Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git, Bitbucket), anddeployment strategies.Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce CPQ Specialistcertifications preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently andmanage multiple priorities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps methodologies.Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft.Familiarity with Agile development practices.Prior experience working in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments.Benefits that Move you Forward.We’re here to amplify your brilliance, not contain it.Work from anywhere with true flexibility and freedom.Earn in USD with compensation that matches your expertise.Recharge confidently with dedicated paid time off.Advance your career with fully covered international certifications.Access coworking spaces worldwide whenever you want a professional setup.Strengthen your English and expand your global reach.Connect and have fun with activities that unite our international team.Feel appreciated with personalized gifts and a thoughtful welcome kit.Grow our community and earn through our referral program.At Pearster, your journey matters, and we’re here to help you go further than you imagined.
