Lidera, supervisa y garantiza que los planes e iniciativas de reclutamiento se lleven a cabo o se cumplan de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes.

Responsabilidades:
  • Establecer las estrategias y procesos necesarios para el reclutamiento, atención y selección de candidatos para la cobertura oportuna de vacantes, con la calidad y perfil requeridos.
  • Definir, establecer y supervisar los procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal que se requieran para cumplir con los compromisos de cobertura de puestos.
  • Asesorar a las líneas de negocio acerca de los procesos de reclutamiento, así como en la selección de candidatos.
  • Asegurar un servicio de calidad y oportunidad en la cobertura de vacantes, a través de la atracción de talento, de acuerdo a las competencias Institucionales y a los perfiles de los puestos.
  • Establecer, mantener y desarrollar relaciones con los proveedores de personal, universidades y con portales electrónicos de reclutamiento, para asegurar que se dispone de fuentes de reclutamiento adecuadas que aseguren, permanentemente, el flujo de candidatos/as de calidad y en cantidad.
  • Mantener relación con entidades externas para conocer el mercado laboral y de los proveedores que lo atienden.
  • Comprender cómo debe considerarse el apetito por el riesgo y la cultura de riesgo del Banco en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
  • Crear un entorno donde su equipo realiza operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas de acuerdo con los valores de Scotiabank, su Código de Conducta y los Principios Globales de Ventas, garantizando a la vez la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las obligaciones respecto al riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento regulatorio, el riesgo de lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta.
  • Promover un entorno de alto desempeño e implementar una estrategia para la fuerza laboral que atrae, retiene, desarrolla y motiva a su equipo, al fomentar un entorno laboral inclusivo y utilizando una mentalidad de coaching y comportamientos; comunica la visión, los valores y la estrategia de negocios y maneja un plan de sucesión y desarrollo para el equipo.

  • Cantidad de empleados/ámbito de control:
    • El Senior Consultant tendrá de 5 a 7 reportes directos (Consultant Talent Acquisition).
    • Dará servicio a 10 áreas de negocio en GBS.
    • Se encargará de la supervisión y el cumplimiento del proceso por medio de SSFF.
Educación, experiencia, otra información:
  • Experiencia 6 años.
  • Experiencia comprobada en reclutamiento y selección, preferiblemente en manejo de equipos.
  • Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, manejo de indicadores, buena comunicación.
