The Role

Working as a Talent Acquisition Partner you are a valued member of both the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the business areas you are supporting. As an experienced Recruiter, you are passionate, collaborative and adaptable Your skills will strengthen our teams enabling us to continue to recruit the best talent for Genius Sports. You will be dealing with key stakeholders and partnering with them on their hiring needs across numerous disciplines - operations, commercial and central functions. You will be an experienced member of our global team, reporting to our Team Lead for Operations.

Key Objectives of the Role

  • Be a trusted partner to the business in all things Talent Acquisition; filling hiring requirements across Ops in Medellin and Americas
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to seek high-quality candidates for open requirements
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a first-class candidate experience
  • Project management of multiple recruitment processes, supporting several business areas
  • Proactively get in front of high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach and networking
  • Drive a successful offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates
  • Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, salary benchmarking, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years’ recruitment experience, either from an agency or in-house function
  • Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment industry essential
  • Previous hiring of corporate roles advantageous
  • Previous experience successfully working and collaborating with senior stakeholders in delivering new talent at all levels of seniority
  • Experience working in an international business where your hiring managers and prospective talent pools could be multi-country;
  • A record of managing recruitment engagements in a result orientated environment and contributing to the Global Talent team with knowledge and energy
  • The resourcefulness to turn a team’s needs into a search and, ultimately, hiring the best candidate for the job
  • A passion for each step of the recruiting process and candidate experience
