Compensation: USD8 - 10/hour
+ Bonuses(up to3%of base compensation)

Location: Remote (for El Salvador, Costa Rica, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Cuba, España, Guatemala, México, Panamá, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela and República Dominicana residents)

Skills: Proficient in sales management, negotiation, real estate sales, acquisition management and sales strategy

Responsibilities and more:

Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and real estate? We're looking for a Sales Closer to join our team and help us achieve our goals. We want to hear from you if you're ambitious, hardworking, and ready to make an impact

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Reach out to potential sellers and negotiate deals
- Analyze market data to determine property value
- Guide clients through the sales process
- Conduct role-plays to improve sales strategies
- Schedule follow-up appointments with leads

Preferred Qualifications:

- Sales experience in the US market
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices
- Fluent in both English and Spanish

Must-Haves:

- Charismatic and driven personality
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work towards and exceed targets
