Compensation:
USD- 10/hour

  • Bonuses(up to3%of base compensation)

Location:
Remote (for El Salvador, Costa Rica, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Cuba, España, Guatemala, México, Panamá, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela and República Dominicana residents)

Skills:
Proficient in sales management, negotiation, real estate sales, acquisition management and sales strategy

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential sellers and negotiate deals
  • Analyze market data to determine property value
  • Guide clients through the sales process
  • Conduct roleplays to improve sales strategies
  • Schedule followup appointments with leads

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in the US market
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

Must-Haves:

  • Charismatic and driven personality
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work towards and exceed targets
