Descripción del Puesto:

Este rol se encarga de generar reclamaciones para diversos eventos que se enviarÃn a los socios proveedores de TD SYNNEX para su conciliación y cobro. El objetivo es identificar, investigar y resolver elementos para minimizar riesgos y maximizar beneficios. La responsabilidad incluye todos los procesos de reclamación y conciliación para promociones de proveedores, actividades de marketing.

Lo que harÃs:

  • Prepara y envía reclamaciones financieras (Precios Especiales, Marketing, Devolución, etc.) para los proveedores asignados según el formato y los plazos requeridos. Asignado de 30 a 45 proveedores, incluidos los proveedores con requisitos de reclamación mÃs complejos.

  • Completa varios anÃlisis de cuentas y/o conciliaciones de cuentas.

  • Investiga y resuelve problemas y denegaciones de reclamaciones recibidas del proveedor.

  • Trabaja con el proveedor para negociar un resultado positivo en las reclamaciones para evitar el envejecimiento que resultaría en un impacto financiero negativo. Negociación con proveedores para resolver y liquidar asuntos abiertos.

  • Brinda soporte financiero/analítico a varios departamentos.

  • Ayuda en el cierre de fin de mes y en la preparación de los entregables de fin de mes.

  • Identifica y ejecuta oportunidades para mejoras en los procesos.

  • Comprensión general del negocio fuera de las Reclamaciones y Operaciones de Proveedores.

Lo que estamos buscando:

  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en cargos administrativos o contabales

  • conocimientos de Excel Intermedio.

  • Capaz de ejecutar instrucciones y solicitar aclaraciones cuando sea necesario.

  • Capaz de reconocer y atender detalles importantes con precisión y eficiencia.

  • Capaz de demostrar resolución de problemas complejos, pensamiento crítico y toma de decisiones.

  • Capaz de comunicarse claramente y transmitir la información necesaria.

  • Capaz de interactuar efectivamente con niveles superiores (gerentes, superiores y directores ).

  • Capaz de negociar hÃbilmente y promover/vender ideas persuasivamente.

  • Posee habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo sólidas, llevando las tareas a su conclusión.

  • Capaz de trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión mínima.

  • Capaz de colaborar y construir relaciones laborales sólidas y efectivas con otros.

  • Capaz de mantener la confidencialidad de la información sensible.

  • Capaz de aprender/adaptarse rÃpidamente a nuevos sistemas y tecnología.
