Job Description

Responsable por el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y de ventas de la Unidad de Negocios (BU) , garantizando el adecuado uso de los recursos disponibles para la comercialización, mercadeo y distribución de los productos de la compañía para los Mercados de Colombia.Dirigir, motivar y desarrollar el equipo de la BU para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y locales.Crear, desarrollar y ejecutar en corto y largo plazo los planes de comercialización para garantizar el crecimiento de participación (Market Share) y liderazgo en el mercado. Así mismo, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Trabajar de manera conjunta y funcional con sus pares, áreas de soporte y equipos regionales globales.Participar como miembro activo de la Junta Directiva de la compañía Salud Animal en Colombia.


Funciones Esenciales

  • Responsable por el P&L de la Unidad de Negocio, gerenciar el Budget, forecast de ventas, gastos y margen de contribución para Colombia.
  • Desarrollar el Plan de Negocios según las oportunidades de mercadeo y orientado al objetivo de crecimiento local y estrategias globales de marketing.
  • Dirigir, orientar y motivar al equipo
  • Asegurar Compliance (Políticas, provisiones, planes comerciales, eventos y actividades de mercadeo, gastos de viaje, material promocional, muestras, estudios clínicos y de producto entre otros).
  • Acompañar el desarrollo de sus reportes con actividades de seguimiento correspondientes a la gestión del desempeño y talento en las herramientas de la compañía.

Requerimientos

  • Profesionales en Medicina Veterinaria, Zootecnia o Administración de Empresas, preferiblemente con especialización en mercadeo
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Business Unit Director en BU de Salud y Alimentación Animal.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de entre 10 a 15 personas.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Conocimientos en finanzas, gestión de equipos y cuentas clave, regulaciones del mercado local.
  • Plus experiencia manejando distribuidores/agropuntos.
