Employee Service Analyst (H&S)

UPS Job Name: GBS Sr Customer Support Rep

City: Medellin

Grade: 9

# Positions: 10

Medellin only: WFO 2 months/ WFH 2 months (Site Rotation)

Job SummaryThis position supports the Human Resources Service Center (Health and Safety tasks).


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes medical and other data, make decisions, and interpret results.
  • Ensures that federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules are followed.
  • Ensures that OSHA recordkeeping and Auto reporting requirements are adhered to.
  • Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts.
  • Interacts with all levels of management and medical providers.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information tactfully and with discretion.
  • Prepares for additional responsibilities within the HR Service Center.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Detailed documentation and accurate records maintenance
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, basic research and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision with high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA regulations – Preferred
  • Working knowledge or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access), database systems and Adobe – Preferred
  • Availability to work flexible shifts - Preferred
  • Ability to type 30 wpm - Preferred


Qualifications:

  • Any educational background
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Understanding of UPS Service Commitments and Goals
  • Tolerance to be measured and evaluated
  • Advance English speaking proficiency
  • Advance English listening and comprehension proficiency

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Work On Site (Tranvia Medellin) 2 months WFH/2months WFO
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail - Required
  • Preferrable experience related to health fields or interested in learning it - Required
  • Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
  • Shift: Day
  • English Proficiency Writing and Speaking (Advance)
  • Grade 9
