We are looking for a talented Junior Account & Ad Operations in our office in Bogota to join our Account & Ad Operations team and help us change the world of digital advertising together.

YOUR CHALLENGE

You will support our sales team with local and international customersYou will handle the Campaign management, reporting and controllingYou will be responsible for creative concepts and the development of new ideas as well as their innovative implementationYou will supervise direct and programmatic customer campaignsYou will manage the exchange of insights and campaign-relevant information with our clients and agenciesYou will work in close cooperation with our Publisher teamYou will independently execute project tasks

You possess a comprehensive education or degree relevant to the industryYou demonstrate ingenuity alongside exceptional communication skills, adept at managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced media settingYou exhibit a robust team-oriented approachYou display a keen interest in digital trends and online marketing strategiesYou are proficient in data analysis, with a mastery of Excel (MS Office) or Spreadsheets (Google Workspace)You exhibit a curious mindset, coupled with impeccable accuracy, attention to detail, and strong time management abilitiesYou thrive in a dynamic work environment, enjoying diverse tasks and challengesYou are eager to evolve and develop alongside the companyYou are fluent in English with a high proficiency
