About the Role: Searching for an energetic and organized individual to join the team as a one-person recruiting machine Will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, while also providing receptionist duties. Think of it as being a recruiting powerhouse with a friendly smile Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through Indeed, Craigslist, and other channels, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding * Answer calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner * Participate in a daily 9am huddle with the recruiting team and a daily recap huddle * Secure a set number of interviews, screen candidates, and schedule them based on hiring manager requirements * Possess in-depth knowledge of recruiting resources and be a master of multitasking * Be highly motivated, detail-oriented, outgoing, and have a strong desire to succeed * Have clear communication skills, both written and verbal, in English Qualifications: * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive attitude, trustworthiness, and adaptability * Proficient in using Indeed, Craigslist, and other recruiting tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Be reachable during work hours and able to complete assigned tasks promptly
