Especialista en Soporte Técnico - Soluciones POS para el Sector Bancario

 

Resumen: El Especialista en Soporte Técnico se especializará en proporcionar asistencia técnica post-despliegue y en la certificación de aplicaciones de software POS (Punto de Venta) para los clientes de Ingenico, cubriendo tanto México como el Cono Norte. Este papel implica una interacción directa y constante con clientes bancarios y asociados para asegurar el máximo rendimiento y conformidad de las aplicaciones ya implementadas. La orientación al cliente es primordial, enfocándose en resolver incidencias técnicas, facilitar el proceso de certificación de aplicaciones y brindar soporte esencial a desarrolladores terceros. Entre las responsabilidades clave se incluyen la evaluación técnica detallada de aplicaciones, la conducción de sesiones de formación adaptadas a las soluciones terminales de Ingenico, y la asistencia activa a desarrolladores en la integración y optimización de aplicaciones. Este rol demanda una colaboración profunda con el equipo de I+D de Ingenico para avanzar y gestionar soluciones innovadoras que atiendan las necesidades específicas del sector bancario, asegurando una experiencia de usuario superior y el cumplimiento de estándares relevantes.

 

Funciones Esenciales / Responsabilidades:

  • Colaboración con Ingenieros de Soluciones, desarrollo de software, y el equipo de QA para facilitar la integración de productos bancarios.
  • Aportación de conocimientos técnicos para potenciar la calidad y eficacia de las soluciones bancarias de Ingenico.
  • Gestión de los aspectos técnicos en las relaciones con clientes bancarios y socios estratégicos.
  • Diseño e impartición de formaciones sobre productos, soluciones e integraciones, ajustadas a las necesidades específicas de los bancos.
  • Soporte integral a los bancos en todas las fases de los proyectos de integración de software.
  • Evaluación de las implementaciones de software bancario para identificar y solucionar problemas reportados.
  • Asistencia técnica a clientes para asegurar el uso óptimo de las soluciones desarrolladas, incluyendo la visita a clientes para apoyar certificaciones, cuando sea necesario, asegurando así su satisfacción y la atención adecuada a sus necesidades.

Competencias / Requisitos de Habilidades:

  • Conocimientos sólidos sobre sistemas POS y estándares EMV.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en programación, Android (Kotlin), C, EMV (Contactless y Contact), y aplicaciones bancarias.
  • Entendimiento profundo de los procesos de desarrollo de aplicaciones de pago TETRA y basadas en Android.
  • Competencias avanzadas en gestión de proyectos y administración del tiempo.
  • Capacidad analítica y de liderazgo orientada a la gestión de expectativas de los clientes.
  • Habilidades interpersonales destacadas para el trabajo en equipo y establecimiento de relaciones.
  • Habilidad para alinear necesidades empresariales con soluciones técnicas.
  • Orientación a resultados, con un fuerte enfoque en el cliente y habilidades de negociación.
  • Análisis crítico, flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a distintos proyectos y clientes.
  • Preferencia por candidatos con conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés, tanto orales como escritas.

Requisitos de Educación / Experiencia:

  • Título en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afines.
  • Experiencia de 1-2 años en desarrollo de software, idealmente en Java, C, o C++, y preferiblemente dentro del sector bancario o financiero.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles (Scrum o Kanban) y manejo de sistemas de tickets como JIRA.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de pruebas unitarias y manejo de sistemas de tickets para la gestión de tareas y seguimiento de incidencias.
