Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automation, integration, or data engineering within a SaaS environment
- Proven expertise with enterprise iPaaS platforms, including Workato, MuleSoft, or similar solutions
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Salesforce, and NetSuite, with strong solution architecture and automation design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Hands-on expertise in ETL/ELT, data modeling, SQL/T-SQL, and programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or similar
- Experience operationalizing AI/ML models and enterprise automation workflows
- Strong commitment to learning emerging technologies and continuously developing technical skills
- Proven ability to drive innovation in automation and AI while maintaining governance, system reliability, and scalability
- Workato Automation Pro or Workato Foundations certification is preferred
Responsibilities
Automation & AI Strategy
- Execute enterprise automation and AI strategies
- Balance hands-on technical contributions with cross-functional collaboration
Architecture & Technical Oversight
- Design resilient, scalable, and observable automation frameworks
- Provide hands-on guidance for Workato implementations and AI model integrations
- Ensure scalability, governance, and adherence to automation best practices
Enterprise Integrations
- Build system-to-system integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Stripe, and related applications
- Optimize data quality, reusability, and automation across lead-to-cash and analytics workflows
AI Workflow Enablement
- Operationalize AI use cases, including knowledge retrieval, intelligent triage, automated approvals, autonomous workflows, and user-prompted workflows
- Deploy AI-enabled solutions using Workato and related technologies
Governance & Standards
- Contribute to enterprise automation standards for design, testing, monitoring, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
