About the role

MDM team has pivotal role in structuring TMF as digital organization, relying on automation and standardization of our central processes. Our team is global and part of TMF group's Internal Finance department. In our everyday work we cooperate with order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay & record-to-report and take care of their data in order to make all processes run smoothly.

Daily duties would include the following:

Monitoring trends in customer information to determine if changes are needed. Monitoring data quality to ensure that information is up to date and accurate. Ensuring that all records are stored in a secure location to prevent unauthorized access. Providing training on data management best practices to employees who use the system. Developing reports that identify patterns in data to help organizations make decisions about current operations. Establish and oversee global data governance policies and ensure alignment and consistency. Using MDM suite of tools to design, develop, optimize and support MDM for various domains. Ensure that Master Data Management key performance indicators (KPIs) are attained. Working closely with functional and technical teams in developing and enforcing Master Data Design. Leading/assisting in data migration activities for importing legacy data.

About you

Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position (Preferably in a Shared Service environment). University/College Degree, preferably in IT. Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking. Good command of English (both verbal and written). Office knowledge – very good excel skills. Experience with process documentation will be an asset. Knowledge of MS Access is preferable, but not mandatory.
