The objective of the Administrative Assistant is to assist the director of Supply Chain and Logistics in their general administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and managing the end-to-end functions related to supply chain and logistics, working closely with both directors to ensure smooth operations. Organize and manage logistics for events, meetings, and conferences attended by the Supply Director and CS&L Director. This includes arranging venues, catering, audiovisual equipment, and any other requirements. Handle travel arrangements for visitors and stakeholders related to supply chain and logistics, such as booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and managing travel itineraries. Manage shopping carts and procurement processes, including purchasing office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items for the directors and their teams. Manage and update the calendars of the Supply Director and CS&L Director, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required. Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from individuals seeking meetings with the directors, scheduling and coordinating meetings based on availability and priority. Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all communications, relaying messages, responding to inquiries, and facilitating effective communication channels between the directors and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in preparing and managing expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for supply chain and logistics activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist with special projects for the E2E.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree +6 years of experience in a similar role Advanced english level Proficient in MS Office or similar collaborative tools Desirable experience with SAP
