The Market Research Analyst will support business development and account management as a member of LATAM's Markets and Partnerships team on a contract basis. The selected candidate will work on seeking information about clients & analyzing data. Additionally, the researcher will support communications, understanding needs & developments, and following up with clients in the Andean Region geomarket and all account managers in the growing Control Risks’ business.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide operational support to the broader Markets & Partnerships function in the LATAM region, with specific focus on gathering market intelligence to guide business development in line with the company and various team objectives
- Provide the business with market research and analysis, including strategic trends, longer-term opportunities, and immediate-term tactical information for direct client engagement.
- Support administration activity related to sales, including appropriate, timely, and accurate use of internal systems, tracking, and reporting (analysis) of sales in specific markets or industries.
- Support the LATAM requests for proposal’s strategy by identifying bids and opportunities, collaborating with the preparation of bids, and keeping a record.
- Implement local and group-wide business development and account management initiatives.
- Support organizing events focusing on the Andean Region with strategic partners & allies and themes, following up on regional events, tasks, activities, etc.
- Record and update the LATAM Key Events list, identifying speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and networking events.
- Support Markets & Partnerships team strategic campaigns.
- Other support tasks that the Markets & Partnerships LATAM may require
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Career experience may include internships, account management, or customer service.
- Experience in business development
- Experience providing sales support to internal clients.
- Fluency in a second language, specifically English.
