Somos Eosol Group, una empresa líder en el sector renovables, actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager con al menos 2 años de experiencia en obra para liderar la construcción de una tienda en Bogotá.


Descripción del puesto:


En Eosol Group, buscamos a un Project Manager altamente capacitado y con experiencia en el sector de la construcción para gestionar y supervisar todas las fases del proyecto de construcción de una tienda. El candidato ideal deberá ser un líder proactivo, dinámico y con habilidades de organización excepcionales para garantizar el éxito del proyecto.


Responsabilidades:


  • Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades de construcción de la tienda.
  • Gestionar los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante con los equipos de trabajo, proveedores y clientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
  • Garantizar la calidad y seguridad de la obra de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y normativas vigentes.
  • Resolver cualquier incidencia o imprevisto que pueda surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Realizar informes periódicos de avance y control de costos.


Requisitos:


  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de construcción, preferiblemente en el sector retail.
  • Conocimientos en gestión de costos, programación de obras y normativas de construcción.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en un entorno dinámico.
