A Preview of Your Role

Be part of our client’s team as a Front End Developer, analyzing and refactoring existing codebase, collaborating with a distributed team, implementing UI/UX designs, integrating frontend components with backend services, and staying updated with emerging trends to enhance front-end architecture and development processes.

Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Work Setup: Remote, Bogota/Medellin

Responsibilities: Fuel Your Impact

  • Analyze and refactor existing codebase for enhanced performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team to implement best practices across the Nimblr tech stack.
  • Design and integrate new UI/UX elements seamlessly.
  • Implement robust user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Optimize user interfaces for intuitive experiences across devices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging frontend trends, including Web3 and blockchain technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Craft Your Expertise

  • 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., npm, Webpack).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth2 and JWT.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.

Education: Software Engineering or related field.

Tech Stack: GitHub, Notion, Slack, Figma
